1st Choice Home Care is licensed in NC and is locally owned company, founded in 2010. We are owned by Registered Nurses who have been caring for folks in our community for over forty years.  We are committed to providing dedicated and professional in-home care. We realize that everyone’s needs are different and our Registered Nurses will personalize and manage a plan of care to help you whether it be short term or long term.  We are available to offer assistance or guidance 24 hours a day, even if a caregiver is not in the home at that time.
